Refund Policy

All orders are final and non-refundable/ exchangeable.
Refunds / exchanges will only be fulfilled if item(s) is defective or the order is incorrect.

*There may be a 0.5- 0.8 inch difference in our given measurements. Please allow 20% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect. Minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seams, dropping buttons which can be sewn on, etc will not be considered for exchange/ return/ refund.


Exchanges for a defective or incorrect item is based on a direct exchange. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued accordingly.

For returns, please email hello@popsiclebaby.com within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) with the following information:
• Name
• Contact Details
• Complete Address
• Your order number
• Picture of the defect
• Description of the issue

We will get back to you within 1 to 3 working days. Returns should be mailed back to us within 5 working days after our e-mail confirmation detailing the return instructions.

All returns should be sent via registered postage or courier to ensure delivery.

Please note that all returned item(s) should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
